A Legacy of Educational Excellence, since 1992.
Founded in 1992 by Mr. A.M. Sameem and Mrs. Sithy Fathima Sameem, Harrow International College was born out of a vision to provide quality, values-based education to the youth of Sri Lanka.

About Harrow International College
We are one of the most established and visionary schools in Sri Lanka, with a legacy of leadership at home and abroad.
With decades of experience, including serving as the Director of Education in Sri Lanka and a distinguished career abroad, Mr. Sameem’s leadership laid the foundation for a school rooted in discipline, academic rigour, and global relevance. Today, this vision is carried forward by Mrs. Rizana Ifthikar, their daughter and the current CEO, who is committed to nurturing a dynamic, student-centred learning environment that prepares learners for the challenges of a changing world.
