These Fee Payment Terms govern online fee payments made to Harrow International College (Pvt) Ltd (“the College”) through our online payment facility. By making an online payment, you agree to these terms.
Online payments are processed securely through the PayHere payment gateway using the College’s own merchant account. The College does not store your full card details.
All payments are processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
Before paying, please confirm that you are paying for the correct student and the correct invoice or fee reference. The College is not responsible for payments made against an incorrect reference entered by the payer.
A confirmation is shown once a payment is successful, and a receipt is recorded against the student’s account. If money is deducted but you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us with your payment reference.
Fee amounts and due dates are set by the College. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.
